Module 2- Who is a nurse?

You will learn what it means to become a nurse and what nurses do in our modern society. As healthcare professionals, nurses collaborate with different  healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and patient-centred care, which they should understand to be successful.

Module 3- Different nursing-related careers

Students learn about some of the different nursing specialisations available to them with references to real-life individuals and examples of how each specialisation can be useful.

Module 4- Skills required to be a nurse

This module identifies some relevant high school subjects for studying nursing. In addition, some useful skills are also covered for high school students to develop.

Final Assessment

Once all the online course modules are completed, you will be able to take the graded final course assessment. The assessment consists of 20 multiple-choice questions covering all the content studied in all the modules. The pass mark is 70%. The answers are marked instantly, so you will know whether you have passed as soon as you finish. You can revisit the course material and retake the assessment as many times as necessary at no additional cost if you don't pass it.
