1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, enrolling in courses, participating in virtual internships, joining clubs or societies, or accessing onboarding programmes, you confirm that you:

Agree to comply with all rules, obligations, and programme requirements set forth on this platform
2. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Sharing accounts or login credentials is not permitted. Administrators, teachers, and students are expected to follow platform guidelines for accounts assigned through schools.
3. Use of Platform
Access to courses, virtual internships, and club activities is provided for personal and educational use only. Users must not misuse the platform by attempting to disrupt or harm the system, data, or other users. Any content created or submitted on the platform should be original and comply with applicable laws.
4. Courses & Virtual Internships
Enrollment in courses or internships grants limited, non-exclusive access to content for educational purposes. Course and internship content is copyrighted and cannot be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission. Certificates of completion are issued upon successfully fulfilling programme requirements.
5. Clubs, Societies, and Project Based Programmes
Participation in clubs, societies and other structured programmes requires adherence to the 7-step programme structure including membership, leadership appointments, project tasks, documentation, and evaluation.
Schools or administrators are responsible for forming teams, appointing team leads and coordinating participation.
Students must complete assigned tasks at low, medium, and high levels as described in the project brief.
Documentation of work, including videos, reports, and submissions, is required at designated intervals.
All submissions are evaluated according to the criteria provided, and top performing individuals or teams may receive certificates and awards.
Participation does not guarantee honours, awards, or recognition; all awards are based on performance and adherence to programme requirements.
6. Fees & Payment
Payment terms for any paid courses, internships, or club access will be clearly outlined before purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
7. User Conduct
Users agree not to submit offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content, harass, threaten, or defame other users, or attempt to access restricted areas of the platform. Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of the account. Specific conduct rules apply to club participation, project work, and team collaboration.
8. Honours, Awards, and Recognition
Certificates and awards are issued to recognise participation, excellence, leadership, or achievement in clubs and societies. Evaluation is conducted using pre-defined criteria, and recognition is entirely at the discretion of Be University Ready. Certificates and awards are for educational and portfolio purposes and cannot be sold or transferred.
9. Onboarding Programmes
All users, including schools, teachers, and individual learners, must complete onboarding procedures to gain access to the platform. Onboarding ensures proper setup, access management, and understanding of programme structures, responsibilities, and deadlines. Failure to complete onboarding may limit access to courses, internships, or clubs.
10. Limitation of Liability
Be University Ready is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date resources, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or continuously available.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and protect your information. Participation in clubs, societies, and onboarding programmes involves the collection of progress and evaluation data for educational purposes.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Users will be notified of major changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Be University Ready operates. Any disputes will be resolved under the applicable local legal framework.
